Kindcarestudio is committed to providing quality tailoring and repair services. We work closely with our customers to ensure satisfaction with every project we complete.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work and want you to be completely satisfied with the services we provide. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your completed garment, and we will work with you to resolve any issues.

Revisions and Adjustments

Minor adjustments may be made at no additional charge if requested within 14 days of completion. We understand that sometimes additional tweaks are needed to achieve the perfect fit, and we are happy to make reasonable adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.

Major revisions or changes that require significant rework may incur additional charges, which will be discussed with you before any work begins.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our tailoring and repair services, we generally do not offer returns or refunds once work has been completed. However, we will work with you to address any concerns or issues with the completed work.

In exceptional circumstances where we are unable to resolve a quality issue, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion. All refund requests must be made within 30 days of service completion.

Damaged Items

While we take great care with all garments in our possession, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear that may become apparent during the alteration or repair process. We will notify you of any such issues before proceeding with the work.

Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment within 5-10 business days. You will be notified once the refund has been processed.

Customer Responsibility

Please inspect your garments carefully when you pick them up. This allows us to address any concerns immediately while the work is fresh in our minds and while we have access to the necessary tools and materials to make corrections.

If you notice any issues, please bring them to our attention right away. The sooner we know about a concern, the easier it is for us to address it effectively and efficiently.

Warranty Period

We provide a warranty on our workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship, but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

Any warranty repairs or adjustments will be made at no additional charge, provided the issue is reported within the warranty period and is determined to be a result of our workmanship.

Dispute Resolution Process

If you have concerns about completed work, we follow a structured process to resolve issues fairly and satisfactorily. We will first attempt to understand your concerns through discussion and examination of the garment.

Possible resolutions may include adjustments, revisions, or in rare cases, refunds. We will work collaboratively with you to find a solution that addresses your concerns while being fair to both parties.

Payment Terms

Payment is expected upon completion and pickup of your garments. We accept various payment methods including cash, debit cards, and credit cards for your convenience.

For custom projects, deposits are generally non-refundable as they represent our commitment of time and resources to your project. However, we will work with you if circumstances require changes to your project.

Abandoned Items

Items not picked up within 90 days of completion notification may be considered abandoned. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you via the information you provided before taking any action.

Storage fees may apply for items held beyond 30 days, and we reserve the right to dispose of truly abandoned items after 90 days, though we prefer to work with you to arrange pickup or alternative arrangements.
